1) The programme of the WASAMED Final Conference, within which the Science & Policy Workshop will be organised, is now online: http://wasamed.iamb.it/conference/programme.pdf

2) Each partner is expected to bring one policy maker at least to this event. For those who have not done it yet, we ask to identify the policy maker and to let us know as soon as possible. As you already know, travel and accommodation expenses for policy makers have to be covered by each NOSTRUM-Dss partner.

3) Reserve the hotel for you and your policy maker by yourself
For information on the hotels please visit: http://wasamed.iamb.it/conference/ Please note that the new deadline to reserve the hotel is: 22nd of January. FEEM will book the hotel only for the external members of the Steering Committee.

4) Fill in the attached registration form, with departure and arrival times and the name of the selected Hotel, for you and your selected policy maker. Please send the registration form duly compiled to nostrum@feem.it at the latest by Friday 19 January.

5) If you need the invitation letter for VISA please contact directly IAMB at wasamed@iamb.it. IAMB will support you with invitation letters and with contacts with the embassy if needed.

In order to facilitate the organisation of travels IAMB is organising (on 13 and 14 of February) a pick up service from the airport to the hotels; in any case please find attached the instructions on how to get to IAMB.
