Graduated at the University of Milan in Environmental Sciences, she received a Master degree in environmental economics from the University College of London (UK) and a Doctoral degree in computational mathematics from the University of Milan. Her main interests are on climate-change modelling with particular emphasis on uncertainty and irreversibility.
At FEEM she is being currently involved in the "Climate Change Modelling and Policy Programme" undertaking research activities concentrated in the area of climate change mitigation strategies, energy scenarios and in the design of optimal hedging policies.
