Professor Thomas RUTHERFORD
Thomas F. Rutherford, Ph.D., Stanford University, 1987, is Professor of Economics at the University of Colorado where he has taught since 1992. His research specialty involves the formulation and analysis of large-scale economic equilibrium models. He has made contributions to applied general-equilibrium analysis in which his applied work ranges from an analysis of the effect of trade and economic growth to the economic effects of carbon emissions restrictions in response to global warming.
