Anthony Heyes is Professor of Economics at the University of Ottawa, where he also holds a Canada Research Chair in environmental economics for 2011 – 18. He has degrees from University of Cambridge and McGill University. Before moving to Ottawa Anthony was a Professor at the University of London , and a Fellow of Nuffield College, University of Oxford, and has held visiting positions at UCL, LSE and the University of Wellington in New Zealand. He has research interests and publications in the areas of in regulatory design, enforcement, law and economics of the environment, NGO’s and behavioral approaches to environmental policy.
